The structure of Institute of Biotechnology contained Dean Dean Offices under which eight Coordinating Offices and seven departments are functioning actively. The coordinating Offices are Quality Assurance and Audit, Postgraduate, Continuing Education, Registrar, Research and Publication, Technology Transfer, Exam Center and Community Service Offices.

Coordinate the preparation of plans, programs and budgets in collaboration with department heads and submit to the AUC for review and endorsement; Direct and co-ordinate the activities of the departments; coordinate research, community service and technology transfer; Conduct follow-ups on the various academic programs units of the faculty. Carry out various administrative issues and services. Prepare up-to-date reports on the teaching. Research and community services and technology transfer. In general oversee and co-ordinate the overall activities taking place under of the college. Coordinators coordinate specific area of concern
Prepare and initiate the preparation of plans, programs and budgets for the activities of the department and closely supervise the implementation of approved plans, programs and budgets ; Direct the teaching, research, technology transfer and community service activities of the department; Follow-up and implement the decisions and recommendations of the AUC and the DC; Prepare up-to-date reports on the teaching. Research and community services and technology transfer. In general heads engaged in routine activities of the academic, research, community service, technology transfer and administrative issues.
Prepare and initiate the preparation of plans and budgets for the activities of the coordination Office, in collaboration with department heads and submit to the UC for review and endorsement. Coordinate activities in charge of the coordinating Office. Prepare up-to-date reports for the activities where the Office is in charge of.
Academic Unit Council (AUC) and other bodies The AUC is the highest body of the College for academic, research, technology transfer and community service matters. Without prejudice to powers and responsibilities that may be conferred upon it by the Senate or the President, the AUC shall: Set guidelines to facilitate the teaching-learning process; Deliberate and decide upon all appointment and promotion cases presented to it through the DC; Review grades and determine academic status of students; Perform such other functions relevant to the betterment of the teaching-learning process and promotion of research and serving the community in the College
